If your Dakine bag gets dirty, we recommend hand washing with mild soap (like Nikwax Tech Wash), cold water and a soft bristle brush. If hand washing is not going to do the trick, use a front loader washing machine. To ensure your backpack doesn't get tangled, place inside a pillowcase or mesh bag before washing. Always use cold water, mild soap and run on a gentle cycle. Never bleach your pack. Hang to dry in a warm but shady place, ensuring both inside and out are dry before storing.

I have yet to take this pack on the mountain or strap skis to it, but I have used it for just about everything else and I am very impressed. I can fit what feels like much more than 22 liters and the bag seems to have both Dakine's quality and all of its bells and whistles. I do wish the bag was more water bottle compatible, but it is hydration pack compatible.

The rear entry is money, it’s compact and fits tightly to your center of gravity. Overall good design.

It looks good and it does its job. Solid resort/side country pack for all day charging. 22L hits the sweet spot for me riding lifts and carrying avy gear. A little small for real backcountry days but thats not why I bought it.
Well appointed pack at a great price

This is the perfect size pack for a day on in the resort or backcountry. I am a photographer and was able to carry my DSLR in the top pocket and had plenty of space for the probe and shovel in the front pocket. I also had an extra layer and other odds and ends in the large back compartment. The pack was very balanced and very slim fitting. Overall, I think this in the best pack in the market for this size. Lots of features for ski and helmet carry too.
